- S8.7.1
- Where a recognised route for commercial vehicles crosses a footway, footpath or cycle track, the relevant area of the crossing is deemed to be a Type 4 road.
- S8.7.2
- Reinstatement of the crossing area must comply with the relevant requirements of S6 or S7, as appropriate.
- S8.7.3
- Where a special construction has been incorporated in the original design to cater for expected traffic greater than the Type 4 limiting capacity, the undertaker should consult the authority.
